Yes it's true, the Wharton's have now been featured favourably on French TV -TWICE !
1st in 2006 we were shown on the French news channel '13 heures' in a news item about the growing number of French students visiting the South East of England for language holidays. We were shown as an example of the high standards of accomodation and education available.
Then again in 2007, we were featured very favourably on the French children's programme e=m6. The topic was 'Intelligent Holidays'. The programme set out to show that children could have an 'Intelligent holiday' that involved learning with fun. The TV crew spent nearly a whole day with us filming all aspects of the student's activities. This culminated in just a few minutes 'air time' but it was quality not quantity. As one person pointed out, "it is the best free advertising you can get". Judith Wharton is now famous in France for showing students how to cook English crumpets!
